Solihull & It's Church, By R Pemberton

Robert Pemberton wrote this history of Solihull, drawing on the work of Canon Evans (vicar from 1872 to 1894) and assisted by P E Martineau. It summarises the history of the parish, the church, and the Grammar School. It also describes the records existing, including the Registers, Churchwardens accounts, and so on. Extracts from the accounts are included. Beautifully illustrated with many contemporary photographs and engravings. Kindly loaned to the project by BMSGH.
